Campaign Audiences
Choose who should receive a campaign before writing its message. The available audience choices depend on the selected channel and campaign type, so Querygen only shows options that can be used for that send.
Audience Sources
Choose individual contacts, groups, a CSV list, matching labels, event and profile rules, or a saved segment. A campaign uses one audience mode at a time: selecting a segment clears individually added recipients, and adding recipients clears the segment. WhatsApp Business broadcasts and message sequences are limited to direct-message customers.
Contacts
Search and select saved people individually.
Groups
Select WhatsApp groups when the channel and campaign type support groups.
CSV
Import a list with a phone column; names are optional.
Labels
Preview conversations with a label, then add the matching recipients.
Rules
Match recorded events and saved profile attributes.
Segments
Reuse an audience built from labels, events, attributes, and optional no-reply timing.
Audience Rules
Require an event to have happened—or not happened—within a time window, match a stored profile value, exclude a value, or check whether an attribute is set. Preview the current matches before using the rules. Rule-based and saved-segment audiences use their current membership when the campaign runs; saved segments refresh at their configured time and timezone.
The Creation Wizard
After choosing a channel and campaign type, the wizard asks only for the audience and trigger settings that type needs. Broadcasts and sequences ask for recipients; automatic replies and follow-ups ask for the conversations, rules, or events that should start them.
Automatic Replies and Follow-ups
Automatic replies can start from keywords, a plain-language AI condition, or a newly recorded event where the selected channel supports it. Limit the trigger to DMs, groups, named conversations, or matching conversation names. Customer filters can require event history or profile values, and exclusions keep selected contacts out. Repeat protection prevents the same campaign replying too often in one conversation.
For replies, choose a fixed message, Knowledge fields populated from matching knowledge, or response guidelines grounded in a selected knowledge base. Conversation follow-ups evaluate their label, event, and profile rules before each message. Instagram comment automation can acknowledge a matching comment publicly before sending a private reply.
