Campaigns
Campaigns are for outbound messaging: bulk sends, automatic replies, message sequences, qualification, follow-ups, welcome messages, and API-driven messages. Start with the account that will send, then choose the audience or start condition, compose the message, and review the campaign before launch.

Message preview
Hi Maya, your September update is ready. Reply if you would like help reviewing it.
The available campaign types change with the connected channel you select.
Start by choosing a WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, or Instagram account. Querygen shows only the goals and campaign types compatible with that account, so the choices can differ by channel and connection.
Broadcast
One message to many recipients.
Send immediately, schedule once, or set a recurring schedule. Choose contacts, groups, CSV recipients, rules, or a saved segment.
Automatic reply
Automatic replies when incoming messages match a rule.
Start from keywords, an AI condition, or a recorded event where supported. Add customer filters, exclusions, conversation scope, and repeat protection.
Message sequence
A multi-step sequence with delays between messages.
Send steps after increasing delays and test the timeline before launch. Stops for a recipient when they reply.
Qualification
Guide prospects through questions and capture their responses.
Start from an incoming message and ask a sequence of questions. Draft questions with AI, edit them, and optionally finish with a closing message.
Conversation follow-up
Nudge customers who have not replied.
Set a follow-up sequence for inactive conversations. Available for WhatsApp Business and Instagram.
Welcome
Greet a customer when a new conversation begins.
Configured for a specific connected channel. Can be enabled, disabled, edited, or deleted from Campaigns.
API
Programmatic sends from scripts and integrations.
Messages roll up into each user's API Messages campaign. API campaigns cannot be edited, paused, or duplicated.
