Automation

Write campaign messages, schedule delivery, test sequences, and manage launches.

Campaign Launch

Once your audience or trigger is ready, compose the message, review the timeline, test where available, and choose whether the campaign should start now or remain a draft.

Messages and Sequences

Depending on the channel and campaign type, add personalization, supported media, polls, quick replies, or website buttons. WhatsApp Business campaigns show approved Meta templates when a template is required. The editor prevents combinations the selected channel cannot send.

Important: WhatsApp Business customers who opted out are not sent campaign or welcome messages. They must opt in again before outbound messaging resumes.

Message sequences send steps after increasing delays and stop for a recipient when that customer replies. Qualification campaigns ask a series of questions and can finish with an optional closing message.

Schedule, Test, and Launch

Broadcasts and Message sequences can start immediately or at a future date and time. A scheduled campaign can run once or repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom interval with an optional end date. Times are selected in 30-minute increments.

Message sequences include a test step that simulates timing and content before launch. The final preview shows the channel, audience or trigger, content, timing, and missing requirements. Choose Enable right away to begin listening or follow the saved schedule, or Save as draft to keep it inactive.

Managing Campaigns

Use list or calendar view, search by name, group campaigns, and filter by status, type, or channel. Open a campaign for configuration, recipient, delivery, response, and failure details. Activate drafts, pause or resume active work, duplicate to another compatible channel, edit inactive campaigns, or delete them. API campaign sends are managed by the API, so the list provides fewer editing controls.
