Manage your profile, appearance, chat preferences, notifications, API keys, and account.

Personal Settings

Personal settings affect your own account and experience. Open Settings and use the Personal menu to move between these pages.

Profile

Update your display name and profile photo. Your email address is shown for reference and cannot be changed here. You can also add or replace your phone number and complete WhatsApp verification with the six-digit code Querygen sends you.

Tip: Keep your verified phone number current. It helps Querygen identify your Personal WhatsApp conversations with Own access, and WhatsApp alert delivery also depends on it.

Appearance

Choose Light, Dark, or System. System follows the appearance setting on the device you are currently using.

Chat

Choose how the Inbox message composer handles Enter. When Enter is send is on, Enter sends and Shift+Enter adds a new line. When it is off, Enter adds a new line and you send with the button.

Notifications

Set your timezone and choose how Alerts reach you. Email is available immediately. WhatsApp notifications require a verified phone number. Push notifications require permission on each browser or device where you want to receive them; use the test action to confirm a device is ready.

Changing these preferences affects your own notifications, not the alert rules or notification settings of other members.

API Keys

Create a key when a script or external application needs to use the Querygen API as you. Copy the full key when it is created because it is not shown again. You can identify saved keys by name and prefix and revoke keys when your role has API keys Write access. Own scope shows your keys; All scope shows workspace keys.

Important: Treat an API key like a password. Do not paste it into public code, screenshots, or support messages. Revoking a key immediately stops applications that use it.

Delete Account

Delete Account permanently removes your personal account and access. If you are responsible for an organization, hand it over before deleting your account. Review the confirmation carefully; this action cannot be undone.
