Monitor conversations on a schedule and review the signals that need attention.

Pulse

Pulse checks selected conversations on a daily or weekly schedule and collects the important signals in one place. Use it to watch for sales opportunities, customer risk, missed commitments, recurring questions, or another pattern your team cares about.

Create a Pulse

Describe what you want Pulse to find, or start with one of the suggested ideas. Choose whether it should watch one conversation, selected conversations, or—when 50 or fewer conversations are available—all available conversations. When you create it, Pulse runs an initial check so you can review findings without waiting for the next scheduled run.

Choose Conversations

Search and select private chats or groups to keep the monitor focused. When 50 or fewer conversations are available, choosing all conversations also includes new conversations automatically. If more than 50 are available, Pulse asks you to choose a focused set before monitoring starts. Your role still controls which conversations you can include and review.

Review Findings

Open a Pulse to see the signals it found and the conversations that support each finding. Use Preview past conversations to test an updated description against earlier messages. Previewing uses a seven-day historical window, does not send notifications or change live results, and does not use Pulse credits.

Manage a Pulse

With Pulse Write access, change a Pulse’s name, instructions, conversations, schedule, delivery options, or active status from the detail page. Choose email or WhatsApp delivery where available, and review the next run in the selected timezone. Each scheduled check uses Pulse credits; the initial check is queued when the Pulse is created. You can also run a check immediately or delete a Pulse you no longer need.
