Work

Track leads, deals, and companies in one sales workspace.

Sales

Sales keeps leads, deals, and companies connected to the conversations and follow-up work behind them. Leads are always available; people with Sales Write access and All scope can turn Deals and Companies on or off from Sales workspace settings.

Sales Overview

The Sales overview brings together open deal count and value, weighted value, recently won work, deals closing soon, and items that are overdue, stale, or missing a next action. Use the breakdowns by stage, owner, and source to decide where the team should follow up next. Values remain in their original currencies.

Leads

The first time you open Leads, select Create Lead Tracker and choose the customer conversations and signals that should create leads. Someone with workspace-wide Sales Write access can set up and enable the tracker; once enabled, the board begins collecting matching sales enquiries. You can also add a lead manually, import a CSV, or track a suggested contact from the board.

Leads start in the default New, Qualified, and Won lanes. With workspace-wide Sales Write access, you can rename, reorder, add, or remove lanes to match your sales process. Drag a card to another lane as the opportunity progresses. When AI suggests a lane move, review and accept or dismiss it; if automatic moves are enabled, matching suggestions can be applied for you.

Open a lead card to review its profile, linked DM and group conversations, activity, and notes. Assign an owner so the next step is clear, add notes for context that is not in chat, and use the conversation links to jump back to the source messages. Leads created from a business card retain the card as a source, so the team can check the captured details against the original.

From a lead, choose Add to drip to enroll it in an active drip campaign. Someone with workspace-wide Sales Write access can also attach a drip campaign and wait period to a lane; leads that enter that lane can receive the appropriate follow-up automatically.

Deals

Use Deals for opportunities that have a value and move toward a close. Switch between board and list views, move open deals between stages, and filter for work that is due today, overdue, stale, or missing a next action. A deal can track its customer, company, owner, priority, amount, currency, probability, expected close date, and next action.

Open a deal to update its commercial details, add participants, link tasks, review conversation-based suggestions, or mark it won, lost, archived, or reopened. Archived deals remain available for reference but cannot be edited until reopened.

Companies

Companies group people and deals that belong to the same business. Create a company with its name and optional domain, phone, and industry, then move it through lifecycle stages such as Prospect, Active, At risk, Dormant, or Inactive. Open a company to edit its details and associate or remove leads and deals.

Sales Workspace Settings

Open Settings > Sales workspace to show or hide Deals and Companies for the organization. Hiding either tool does not delete its existing records. Leads always remain visible.
