Data & AI Settings
These settings define the reusable information Querygen stores and the content its AI features can work with. Changes affect campaigns, automations, search, and conversation context across the workspace.
Labels
Create the labels your team uses to categorize conversations. Give each label a clear name, description, and color so people apply it consistently. You can edit existing labels, remove labels that are no longer needed, or ask Querygen to suggest a starting set from your conversations. Contact labels are separate and are added or removed from the Contacts page.
Events
Events record something that happened at a specific time, such as a demo request, order placement, complaint, or renewal discussion. Each occurrence appears in the conversation timeline and can be used in campaign rules. Events can apply to DMs and groups.
Create an event with a name and precise detection instructions. AI- and phrase-detected events can be edited or paused. Built-in events remain available, and events supplied by an external application are managed by that application.
Profile Attributes
Profile attributes store current facts about a person, such as customer tier, renewal date, preferred product, or account status. Choose the value type and explain when the value should be updated. Attributes apply to contacts in direct-message conversations, not groups.
Team members can review and edit values from a contact or the Inbox contact-details panel. Campaigns can include or exclude people using these values. Changing an attribute’s value type can make existing values incompatible, so review the confirmation before saving.
Knowledge Bases
A knowledge base is a reusable source of business information for Campaigns and AI Agents. Create one for a clear subject, then add documents, websites, spreadsheets, FAQs, or catalog items. Open a knowledge base to review its sources and the automations using it.
AI Features
PDF transcription makes received PDFs searchable and available to automations at one credit per page. Spreadsheet transcription does the same for workbook rows at one credit per 100 rows. Both are optional, and files remain available for download when transcription is off.
Add media context when your organization regularly receives the same kinds of images or videos—for example, product labels or payment screenshots—so the transcription focuses on the fields your team needs. You can also choose how often contextual Jobs check for new matches.
