Workspace

Review the day’s priorities, conversation trends, active tools, and connected channels.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is a working brief for your workspace. It combines conversation activity with the sales, automation, campaign, and task information that is relevant to your organization, then points you toward items that need action.

Read it from top to bottom: finish setup when the checklist is shown, choose the period you want to compare, scan the brief and activity chart, then use Needs attention and What moved to decide what to do next.

Setup Checklist

A new workspace starts with a guided checklist for connecting a customer channel and confirming the first message. Until those essentials are complete, the Dashboard focuses on the next setup action instead of showing empty reports. As setup progresses, the checklist remains above the Dashboard until every required step is complete.

You may also see guidance for enabling browser notifications or, on supported Apple devices, adding Querygen to the Home Screen. These notices appear only when they are relevant to the current browser and notification state.

Choose a Date Range

Use the date picker at the top of the page to choose the period you want to review. Comparisons use the immediately preceding period of the same length. The refresh button reloads the dashboard when you want the latest available figures.

Daily Brief & Key Metrics

The opening card summarizes the period in plain language and shows up to four useful figures. Depending on the tools your organization uses, these can include active conversations, new leads, AI Agent activity and escalations, and average response time. A comparison beneath each figure explains how it relates to the previous period.

Pulse

The Pulse panel shows up to three active scheduled monitors and when each will run next. Open a Pulse to review it, select View all to manage every Pulse, or use Set up Pulse when none exists yet.

Conversation Rhythm & Lead Depth

This chart plots daily conversation activity for the selected period against the previous period. Hover over the chart for exact daily values. Below the chart, the message total shows whether message volume increased, decreased, or stayed the same.

If your team uses Sales, the panel can also show the average conversation depth for each lead stage. Select it to open the lead pipeline and investigate the underlying leads.

Needs Attention

This panel collects the most important exceptions in one place. It can flag unusual message volume, AI Agent escalations, overdue tasks, failed campaign messages, and failed job runs. Select an actionable item to open the relevant area. Some job failure details are available only to roles with permission to view them.

Tip: When there is not enough complete activity to identify a message-volume change, the Dashboard says so. It does not treat an incomplete day as an anomaly.

What Moved

This section appears for the tools your organization actively uses. It can summarize AI Agent, Leads, Tasks, Campaigns, and Jobs, including the current result, its change from the previous period, and any overdue, failed, or escalated work. Select a card to open that tool.

When additional insights are available, they appear below the cards with a direct link to the related leads or campaigns.

Latest Conversations

The latest-conversations list is a quick view of recent Inbox activity for the selected period. Each row shows the conversation, message count, owner, last activity time, and any alert that was raised. Select a row to open the full conversation, or choose Open inbox to continue triage there.

Connected Channels

Connected Channels lists your active messaging connections, the account attached to each one, and its recent activity status. Select a channel to open its Settings page. The activity indicator is based on recent message activity, so a quiet channel may appear inactive even when its configuration has not changed.
