Contacts

The Contacts page provides a searchable directory of the people your team communicates with. It is laid out as a full-width table with filtering, sorting, inline editing, and pagination.

Contact List

The table displays the following columns:

  • Name — the contact’s display name, with an “Internal” badge if they are marked as a team member. Any applied contact labels appear as colored badges next to the name. A tag icon button lets you manage labels.
  • Phone — the contact’s phone number.
  • Notes — select the note to open the inline editor, then choose Save to keep the change or Cancel to discard it.
  • Last Contacted — the date of the most recent message exchange, shown as a short date (e.g., “Feb 17”).
  • Actions — a three-dot menu with a delete option for people with Contacts Write access.

Filtering & Sorting

Above the table, a search box filters contacts by name as you type. A label filter popover lets you select one or more labels — contacts matching any selected label are shown. A date range filter narrows results to contacts last contacted within a specific period. Click the Name or Last Contacted column header to toggle ascending or descending order.

Managing Labels

Click the tag icon next to a contact’s name to open a popover showing their current labels with remove buttons, and an input field to add a new label. Type a label name and press Enter — if the label does not exist yet, it is created automatically as a global label available to all contacts.

Profile Attributes

Select the profile-attributes button beside a contact to review or edit the persistent facts stored for that person. These values can be used to qualify campaign recipients and remain separate from freeform contact notes. People with Profile attributes Write access choose which attributes are available from Settings > Profile Attributes.

Pagination

The table shows 20 contacts per page with pagination controls at the bottom showing the current range (e.g., “Showing 1–20 of 143”), previous/next buttons, and numbered page buttons.
